Deloria proud of Enderun's stand in V-League

Dong Dela Cruz had only two goals when he took Enderun Colleges in its first-ever V-League Collegiate Challenge stint: to raise the institution's profile, along with its emerging women's volleyball program, and to help the current team assess their standing compared to more prominent and competitive schools.

Despite a season marked by ups and downs, with a 2-5 record, Erika Deloria believes that the team successfully achieved both of these objectives.

"We're pleased with our performance because I can see significant improvement in the team compared to our initial campaign in other pre-season leagues. Additionally, we are gradually gaining recognition," shared the Lady Titans' ace spiker.

"I typically watch the games to review my performance on the court during the matches. I was pleasantly surprised to come across positive comments regarding the school. I also noticed some praise for our team's playing style. This exposure is precisely what we aimed for when we joined."

As the team returns to their home league, the National Athletic Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities, with the intention of defending their crown, things are just beginning to fall into place for the Lady Titans.

"We'll take a break first, and then we hope to participate in other leagues to prepare for NAASCU. We'll continue with our rigorous training regimen and won't rest, as we can see tangible results in our on-court performance. We simply need to build more confidence in our play."
